Gulfstream Aerospace in Lincoln, CA has opened an electronic repair service that will focus on aircraft bake modification and repair. The facility will serve as a one stop shop for aircraft brake maintenance and repair, and this new service will complement the existing tire and wheel shop that has already been operating at the facility since March 2010.

The 34,000 square foot facility is different from the other Gulfstream service centers around the world because it is the only one that is specifically dedicated to electronic component modification, overhaul and repair. Along with Gulfstream Savannah, it is the only facility that performs brake maintenance. Technicians at the Lincoln facility are specialists in GIV and GV brake repair, and they are also experienced in servicing tires and wheels on five different Gulfstream models.
